On-Site Service Request
Agilent Technologies customers in the U.S. and Canada can use this app to place on-site service requests for their electronic measurement instruments.
With the touch of a button, the user can automatically populate the On-Site Service Request form by scanning a specially designed QR code label. The form can also be completed manually if the user so chooses.
After the user submits their request for service, they will receive a confirmation screen with a confirmation number and information regarding callback response time. The user will also receive a confirmation email, and if the form was filled out manually, the user will receive an email with a QR label for future use. Agilent QR Labels can also be generated by visiting http://onsite.tm.agilent.com/mobile/barcode
