***Conquering Everest! Let's all show our support!***
This is a photo album documenting the historical records Nobukazu Kuriki, who will soon become the first Japanese alpinist to ascend Mount Everest alone and without artificial oxygen.
Kuriki has so far ascended six of seven continents’ summits beside Mount Everest alone and without artificial oxygen. This application contains 250 carefully selected photos of Kuriki’s photographic data of mountains over 5,000m, such as McKinley and Kilimanjaro, that are inaccessible to normal eyes.
Enjoy these precious photos of Kuriki challenging the overcoming of the human limit.

Since he succeeded in reaching the summit of "Aconcagua" (Polish Gracier), the highest summit in South America, alone again, he strengthened his thought of wanting to feel the earth more and more and have conquered the summits in six continents out of seven.
Since 2007, Kuriki started to challenge the Himalayan summits with over 8,000m height and conquered "Cho Oyu", the sixth highest in the world, alone and without oxygen in May 2007 in his first challenge. He started broadcasting his trailer in order to share his adventures with audience.
In October 2008, he succeeded in reaching the summit of "Manaslu", the 8th highest in the world, alone and without oxygen and also suceeded in skiing downhill from the summit. It was never done by any other Japanese before him.
In May 2009, he conquered the world’s seventh highest summit, "Dhaulagiri" (8,167m), alone and without oxygen and broadcasted his challenge live through internet.
Currently, Kuriki is preparing for his challenge scheduled in Arpil 2010 for skiing downhill from the summit of "Annapurna"(8,091m) and for his second challenge via the Great Couloir Route to conquer "Everest" (8,848m), alone and without oxygen, while delivering his lectures at events sponsored by various companies. There is no Japanese who has succeeded in reaching the summit of Everest alone and without oxygen. Braodcasiting his challenge thorough internet is being planned!
