Puppyo!
Puppyo! is a location enabled message board that lets you chat with others around the world, or filtered to only those near your current location.
Puppyo! works best with the iPhone 3G with GPS. iPod Touch users need to be connected to a location-aware WiFi hotspot in the Skyhookwireless.com database in order to post messages.
