The U.S. Army Social Media Handbook, which provides recommended guidelines for engaging in social media, including tips for the average Soldier, tips for leaders, as well as guidance on establishing an official social media presence, is now available in a mobile format. Developed by the Online and Social Media Division of the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs Office (OCPA), and transitioned into an app by the U.S. Army's Combined Arms Support Command's (CASCOM) SCoE Mobile Team, this mobile handbook offers:
