System Availability and Reliability

This application helps you calculate both reliability and availability of a system. The calculations in this application utilize well-known availability and reliability formulas. It is an easy to use application with a friendly user interface on the go.

Availability calculations are done for a system that consists of multiple components (up to 20). Reliability of each component that makes up the system is calculated first. Based on reliability calculation and number of nodes available in a system, availability of a system is calculated.

In addition to reliability and availability calculations, also provided are calculations for both uptime and downtime for system under consideration. Uptime and downtime values are calculated as number of hours per year.

This calculator can be used for all kinds of systems including individual electronic components and large networks.
