Radio Paradise (RP) is a blend of many styles and genres of music, carefully selected and mixed by two real human beings. You'll hear modern and classic rock, world music, electronica, even a bit of classical and jazz. What you won't hear are random computer-generated playlists or mind-numbing commercials.

RP's specialty is taking a diverse assortment of songs and making them flow together in a way that makes sense harmonically, rhythmically, and lyrically — an art that is the very essence of radio. We hope that you'll enjoy RP so much that you'll want to share it with your friends, your family, your co-workers, your neighbors ... well you get the idea.

This app has a few specialized features to access data on the Radio Paradise web site:

* Displays album artwork for the current song
* Tap the album artwork to view more info about the current track, including listener ratings and comments
* Tap the musical note to "tunemark" the current playing song so you can look for it on iTunes, email the info, or save it to a tunemark list for later reference
* Tap the multiple musical note icon to manage your list of previously marked songs.

For best quality sound, use a WiFi connection. Sound quality is limited to a maximum of 64K while using Edge and 3G.

NOTE: the app will automatically use AAC+ streams if your iPhone / iPod is running OS 2.2 or later. Otherwise the app uses the MP3 streams. The AAC+ stream quality is much better than MP3, so you'll have a better listening experience if you are running OS 2.2 or later.

What's new

Audio is stopped when headphones are unplugged. Audio playback automatically restarts when headphones are plugged back in.
