Each protocol is specifically designed for the iPhone Screen. There is no pinching or zooming to find the information you need.

App is optimized for both the iPhone 4’s 3.5 inch screen as well as the iPhone 5’s 4 inch screen.

Supports both Portrait and Landscape Views.

- Tool Sets are completely optional, they consist of 4 or 5 tools for $1 to help the future development of these apps.

On each Protocol Screen you have the ability to:
- Search for keywords within the protocol
- Add the protocol to your favorites
- The optional Quick Launch Protocol Toolbar allows for quick access to:
- Search
- Widescreen
- Unit Times
- Medical Control

Medical Control Phone Number along with the quick launch protocol toolbar can be configured in the application settings.

Protocols will be updated as they roll out free of charge. Please allow for some time for update after rollout as we receive the updates at the same time as everyone else. We have to update our applications and submit an update to Apple, which may take up to an additional week.

Pocket Protocols provides fast, easy and well formatted access to Basic Life Support Protocols on the go and could be vital to any medical professional in an emergency situation.

What's new

New Feature: Tool Sets

Protocol and App Updates will always be free, but time to develop these protocol applications has been running on the short side lately. So instead of charging for app and protocol updates, I have implemented a new feature called Tool Sets.

If you navigate to the tools tab on the right of the app, you will notice a new 'Plus' icon on the top right, clicking so will give you a list of tool sets that can be added to the app.

Each set will cost $1, and will consist of 4 or 5 EMS related tools.

You only have to pay once to have it on all of your devices.

The first toolset for this application contains:

APGAR Score Calculator
Basic Cardiac Arrest Recorder
GCS Calculator
Pediatric GCS Calculator

Purchase of these tools is obviously optional, but doing so helps in the future development of the app.

Also added a New Search Feature inside each protocol that highlights the search term in yellow through the document.

A quick launch toolbar has been added to the protocol screens, which can be disabled in the new settings screen, which includes:

- Quick Search
- Remove the navigation bar for a bigger screen
- Quick Unit Times View
- Quick Call Medical Control Button (Number can be programmed in the new settings menu)
