CashHaven
CashHaven is a system for paying for goods without having to handle cash. Each user is given a 'cash' allowance. As they 'buy' goods their allowance is reduced. Once their allowance reaches zero they cannot but anything more.
It is designed for offices and schools who want to allow, but limit, the use of items such as stationary for personal use. Each student may be given a $100 allowance for school services for use throughout the year.
Registration Required
Please note that the registration of an account is required to fully utilise this program. This is free and will meet the needs of most people. If your needs exceed the free account, you may decide to subscribe to a 'Pro' enhanced service.
Storage on Cloud Required
Please note that this product stores your data on the HMS servers. While measures are taken to ensure the protection of your data during transfer and storage, no cloud storage can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please do not put sensitive, personal or confidential data into this product. Backup regularly and change your password periodically.
What's new
[New] Compatible with MacOS X Mountain Lion.
[New] There is now a list of possible items to purchase. Double-click to add or click the checkbox. You can also edit the quantity of an item (including decimals).
[New] The main window can now be resize yet kept in proportion - it stretches.
[New] It is now possible for a Group Manager to set user balances for others as well as themselves.
[New] It is now possible for a Group Manager to set a user to be locked from making transactions.
[Fix] Transactions now store multiple lines of a sale.
