In recent years there has been a growing appreciation of Italian cuisine; now a day it is easily available in small to big food joints, hotels, restaurants, at food courts and even with small hawkers. Its popularity has increased many folds as it is palatable to Indian taste. It is spicy and can be made further rich by adding exotic vegetables and fruits.
From all the dishes made in Italian cuisine, a few of them like pastas, pizzas and bake dishes are more popular amongst all. Keeping in mind the same liking I have put in recipes which are mostly relished by people of all ages. The recipes are easy to make and the ingredients used to prepare them are all basic which can be easily available in the market. All the dishes can be made nutritious by adding lots of vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, peppers, olives, baby corns, mushrooms etc. You can further make it rich by adding exotic herbs and cheese.
A soup, pasta and Rissoto (rice preparation can make a complete filling Italian meal) a few salads will definitely complement the meal.
