Control your workouts and track your real-time heart rate from start to finish. We’ll calculate your average and peak heart rate so you can know when you are getting the most out of your workout. (Watch OS2 is required for heart rate detection)

Training note: For safe training, try not to go over 85% of your Max HR. If you don’t know what your maximum heart rate (BPM) is, try this simple equation for an estimate: Max HR = (220 – your age)

This update also includes additional improvements to the downloading of new exercises and workout completion. If you are still having issues with new videos, a reinstall will correct this problem.
