iRun Log is designed as an elegant and innovative way to track your fitness activity on the iPad. It serves as a way for you to organize and log your cardio workouts in a personalized fitness journal.
The easy to use and customizable interface makes tracking the distance, speed, duration, and dates of your runs simpler than ever. The app is also made to support other cardiovascular activities as well.
*** Activity Tracking
Use the application to enter data from your workout. Record statistics such as workout type, Duration, Date, Distance, and Calories burned. Entries can be tagged with notes.
*** Running Log
Your workouts are displayed in a beautiful journal-style log which uses your input to calculate statistics such as your Average Minute Mile, or graph your distance traveled in a progress bar.
iRun Log is highly customizable. Choose from a variety of different backgrounds, colors, and logos to personalize the look, feel, and appearance of your dashboard and log.
Use the dashboard to display important information about yourself, such as Name, Age, Where you are from, or how far you've ever ran. Add your own photo or display your favorite quote to make the app yours.
Decide just what your fitness goals are, and put them in here for display on your dashboard. Trying to lose weight or run a 10k? now you can keep it all right here and check them off as you complete them.
