Every workout and exercise is in high definition video format [NO PICTURES] and presented with our unique design that delivers sharp, crisp floating imagery in 3-dimensional layering. The result? The workouts are progressive – each building on the last – and are a challenging mixture of strength, endurance, and cross-training exercises designed to train your whole body. Completing them gives you well rounded, balanced results.
Exercises range from core to linear / body building, plyometric (jump) training, functional and combination movements, agility & balance, Pilates movements, even interval training. The result? Full body strength, from heels to hands.
The secret of our program is in the workout design. Each 12-exercise workout is circuit style, moving through it in 3 rounds with little recovery. Each round is completed twice getting you in and out of the gym in under an hour, maximizing your time, delivering ripped results, and setting the stage for anywhere you want to take your training.

* Body Maintenance video with foam roller and stick movements for after the workout.
We’ve included a video library of all the exercises in the workouts categorized by muscle group, then alphabetically.
Manually tracking reps, weight, sets just takes away from your workout. We made it easy to monitor your progress using our built in timer and Workout Tracker. Simply start and stop the timer for each workout and try to beat your last time. The Workout Tracker compiles all the data for you automatically!
Got pulled away from your workout? No worries! Use the Workout Tracker to re-initiate the “In Progress” workout so you can finish it up and get your notch in the belt.
