As the famous American psychologist Louise Hay says - all illnesses come from our thoughts. Do we have a cold, eye problems - all this comes from our behaviour and thoughts. All you need to do to recover - to change your thinking.
Our application is specifically designed to cure any disease. Using examples of affirmations (positive attitudes), you can improve your overall health. This is achieved by using exercises and monitoring your feelings.
The application contains a section "Affirmations", where you will need to create affirmations for recovery or use the available ones. Each affirmation should be recorded with your OWN voice. It will be necessary in the exercises.
In the section "Training" you will read, listen and write them. The App also has a special music for self-hypnosis. It will help you to double the effect of affirmations.
In exercise "Meditation" your voice will be laid over meditative music, and every 5 seconds you will hear voiced affirmations. We recommend doing this exercise before going to bed in the headphones. World psychologists say that own voice is perceived by consciousness 10x times better than voice of any coach.

Section "Diary" is designed specifically to monitor your progress. Write down every step, even a small step you made to cure. Write your feelings.
