"Fangtabulous: The greatest hunters in the world have come for the blood of Dracula and only you stand in their way. The good news is, it's worth it." -

¨Vampire Season was a great reminder of what I like about the tower defense and RTS genres so much, and I have a feeling it will resonate with other people in much the same way.¨ -

¨This game is a joy to play, and with it's 3D rendered graphics and freedom from any sort of real grid-based gameplay, this game ends up feeling more like a polished tribute to old Warcraft 3 sessions than it does any sort of mobile game at all...¨ -

"This is really a show-piece game for iOS... Everything about the presentation, to the game itself looks stunning... Vampire Season is a must own iOS title if you want to show off the power of your mighty iPad." - Gaming Illustrated

"A refreshing change of pace from the usual defense games, and the humor is spot-on." -

"Vampire Season is highly entertaining, hilarious and incredibly addictive." -

The Great Hunt is on! Dracula's hideout has been revealed and now every big game hunter wants a piece of him. Luckily, Dracula’s Castle Regent once read the first few pages of Sun Tzu's Art of War... and watched Braveheart, like, TEN times.

And who's the Special Assistant to the Castle Regent in Areas of Dracula Defense? Why, YOU, of course!

But, fret not! You’ve got a menagerie of monsters at your disposal to dispatch your attackers -- an army of Zombies, Disco Balls, Boogiemen, Nucular Pumpkins and so much more. (And that’s just the standard arsenal any respectable vampire Count keeps on hand.)

Using your wits, your guts and your army of undead, you must outsmart and out-fight the hunters and keep Dracula safe. He’s counting on you!

Make it through all 30 levels of hazardous warfare! Whether it’s forests, swamps, dungeons, laboratories or anything else we can throw at them, your enemies will relentlessly hunt for Dracula's coffin. What kind of people can harbor so much hatred!?

For those seeking a challenge, things JUST GOT REAL. An infinite amount of enemies will attempt to kill the count. How long can you withstand the onslaught?! Find the strategy that suits you best. Or sucks less.

Make no mistake, your enemies are the best of the best. You’ll be facing off against wizards who can freeze, princes who can charm, pirates who can plunder, even ninjas who can… ninja. With such formidable foes, every decision you make will Count. No pun intended. (Pun intended).

Use in-game items to make your monsters more powerful. Give Excalibur to a Ghost! Not only does it increase the damage he does, it makes everyone else’s argument invalid. Seriously, how can a Ghost wield a sword?

Upgrade monsters as you play! Do you like the Headless Horseman? Make him the envy of the battlefield. Think the Warlock should be the backbone of your army? Turn him into a magic-wielding behemoth. Don't know what a behemoth is? Google it.

Secret monster and item combinations await you! Like, when you mix the Zombie and the Vampire to create a powerful Zampire! Okay, that one’s not a secret anymore, but that doesn't make it any less powerful.

Thanks to cutting edge wizardry, you will be able to use different spells to boost your army for a short period, making your armies’ jobs that much easier. Show your monsters some love.

Achievements and leader boards will allow you to show off just how awesome you are and, in the process, make you fabulously famous and the envy of everyone. It's a win/win!

What's New

1- Gameplay:

Levels 1-30 redone!

We revised our philosophy for gameplay, aiming to give players a more fulfilling experience by making allies more powerful, while increasing the number of enemies to be vanquished each level. As a result, all levels were balanced, so it's almost like you're getting a brand new game!

Tutorials have been added starting on level 1. The tutorial video has been sent to that big VHS in the sky. We want newer players to be able to enjoy the game, and understand the mechanics as the game progresses.

Runes now benefit ALL allies. Runes now look differently, and allies standing on runes will get an icon on top of their head to indicate that they are benefiting from a Rune.

Survival Mode

Survival has only one difficulty now: FUN. It now boasts the infamous Horror Roulette which gives random effects every 60 seconds which can affect the outcome of the game. It will also give away in-game currency such as Coins or Sapphires.

Crush your friends: Compete against your friend for the longest survival time. Players that outlast their friends will be rewarded with Sapphires every 48 hours.

Ally and Enemy Balancing:

Most allies have become more powerful, while enemies have retained most of their current properties. The wizard no longer shatters units to instantly kill them, but instead freezes the unit he attacks. Zombies are immune to this freezing effect, and receive less damage from wizards than other allies.

Ghosts have been redone. They now reflect all damage inflicted to them, making Ghosts very effective against heavy hitting units, particularly Jocks and Exorcists.

2- Economy:

New currency: Sapphires!

Sapphires have been added to balance the economy, so that player's economy is not only dependent on regular coins. Sapphires can be earned by playing Survival mode, or performing certain actions in the game like signing in on Facebook.

3- Other:

We have added the zoom feature for all levels. Just pinch and zoom, like in all your favorite applications.

Level Difficulty:

Levels will now indicate how difficult they are based on the current ally upgrades of each player.

Unlock Screen:

Unlocking an ally or weapon will now be effectively communicated to the player via an Unlock Screen after each level.

Main Menu Carousel:

The main menu carousel now allows players to see their weapons and allies in more detail, as well as upgrading allies or purchasing weapons right from the main menu.

War Room:

We redesigned the War Room to make it's purpose more clear, as well as allowing players to upgrade their allies directly from the War Room. Players can also purchase Weapons from the War Room.

Retina Display Support: We now support Retina Display, and in general, graphic settings were improved to look more crisp.

Splash Screen: We removed the Brainz animated splash screen, because as much as we like it, we don't want you to have to wait to play the game.

Download: The game is no longer broken down into downloadable fragments, instead requiring just a one-time download to play it. As a result, iOS users will need a wi-fi connection to install or update.
