The Quest Lite

The Quest Lite is a beautifully handdrawn, engaging and sinister world full of mystery, magic and provocative challenges.

Choose from five customizable races and an array of skills, attributes, weapons, armor and enchantments, then explore the first city and its surroundings of The Quest's huge non-linear realm of four different cities and a wilderness of mountains, caves, lakes and forests.

Play an absorbing card game, solve brain-teasing quests and clash with dangerous opponents in this turn- and skill-based Role Playing Game.

You will have many choices, including some that may place you against the law.

The Quest Lite features:

- fps-like view with continuously rendered 3D graphics
- ambient visual and sound effects
- day and night cycles with weather effects
- a complex, living world with underground levels
- interesting missions
- optional undead race with different abilities
- complex magic, enchant and alchemy system
- primary and secondary skills
- advanced dialogue system
- readable books, pickable locks, repairable items
- race-, gender-, fame- and outfit-based relationships
- fantasy card game with three decks at the inns (in the Lite version your deck choice is limited to Warrior only)
- original soundtrack

In addition, The Quest features:
- a huge world with countless enemies, npcs and powerful items
- long and provocative main storyline
- dozens of engaging side missions
- unhindered character progression
- two more card decks to play at the inns

What's new

- the player can now view the character's XP and gold in full on the main status screen
- corrected crash detection, it should work every time now
- fixed game crashing when dropping more than one of the same type of item
- when adding or modifying enchantments, the game will always add the selected enchantment now
- other small bugfixes
- Playhaven integration:
- Playhaven is a place for fan communities
- You can read (and write) guides, reviews and participate on the forums
- If you become a fan, you can receive announcements by us
- OpenFeint removed
