Phrase Party! Lite (Catch-it)

Phrase Party! is a popular "Hot Potato" phrase party game in which players take turns guessing the phrase that appears on screen.

The rules and game play in Phrase Party!'s classic mode are very similar to that of Catch Phrase™ by Hasbro Inc.

Once you start, players will take turns trying to describe the phrase that appears on screen to their teammates. When one of your teammates guesses the phrase correctly, pass the iPhone on to someone from the other team so they can describe the next phrase to their team members. When the timer buzzes, the team that is trying to describe a phrase is the loser and the other team gets a point.

Phrase Party! is a great party game to play with a group of your friends on any occasion. It's also a great game for passing time on roadtrips!

Choose phrases from any mix of the 9 different categories containing over 25,000 words:
-The World
-Sports and Games
-Places
-Entertainment
-Science and Technology
-Food
-College (Contains some alcohol references)
-Sayings
-Custom (entered by you)
-Everything!

NEW: Phrase Party now has 3 game modes, classic, a race mode and Party mode.

Race mode is a team-play mode where teams compete to try to guess the most number of phrases in the time allotted.

Party mode is a new casual play mode that turns phrase party in to a fun party game for you and your friends. Note in the instructions "Party-points" are drinks.

Be aware that this is the "Lite" version of phrase party. It only allows the user to play with about 100 phrases. It is intended only for you to get the feeling of the app so you can decide if the paid version is right for you.
