How can you find the best loan? The only way is to compare the true rate. The true rate take into account all the costs; the initial cost, the term cost and the interest. The rate - the nominal interest rate - given by the lending institutions tells only part of the story. In order to compare – all the cost of the loans lifespan should be included. This loan calculator does exactly this.

You can effectively communicate with your finance advisor. The true rate will tell which loan that is the best. Calculate on the fly whilst discussion with your bank - either on telephone or during a meeting.

It can calculate both serial and amortizing(level payment) loans. Hence, loans for car and mortgage loan can be calculated, as well all other loans.

Communicate the loan details and the down payment schedule by type in email and push send – for example to another bank for getting a better offer.

Likewise you can send an email with all the loan details to your self for your records.
