NPV/IRR application computes NPV of a series of cash flows and IRR of a series of cash flows.

NPV:

1. Cash flow can start at any time
2. Interest rate can be supplied for each cash flow
3. One interest rate can apply to all cash flows
4. Cash flow can repeat
5. By default cash flow starts at 1 and increments by 1
6. If a fractional cash flow time is specified, next cash flow starts at the smallest integral interval larger than the fractional cash flow time

IRR:

1. Cash flow can start at any time
2. Cash flow can repeat
3. By default cash flow starts at 0 and increments by 1
4. If a fractional cash flow time is specified, next cash flow starts at the smallest integral interval larger than the fractional cash flow time
5. Discrete and continuous compounding interest rates are calculated


This application provides cash flow timing and interest flexibility not available with popular financial calculators and spreadsheet applications.
