This is a photo booth app with several Meme characters including "Overly Attached Girlfriend" and "Success Kid" and all the other favorites. You can choose background images (from the app, your camera or your image library) and then add images of various Characters. The images can be resized, moved, rotated, flipped and removed. Put them wherever you want them, as many as you want. This is a versatile, easy to use app and you can also add text. Your creation can be saved, shared with friends (via email, Twitter or Facebook) or and can be saved and reloaded later to be modified.
