+ Learning content aligned with Next Generation Science Standards.
+ Full body, male and female, as well as 9 isolated systems.
+ Intuitive 3D navigation (so you don’t have to scroll through long lists)
+ 4 Quiz options, enabling self-paced learning.
+ Ability to add your own notes within the app.
+ Interactive engaging multimedia content.
+ Used by teachers and students for Middle and High School Anatomy and Physiology studies.
The learning content is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards. A detailed Teacher's Guide provides background information and ideas for activities based on the performance expectations throughout the continuum of the school years.
The fluid navigation enables the user to navigate from the skin layer through the superficial to deep musculature, and on through to internal organ structures, ligaments and the skeletal system.
ANATOMICAL AND HEALTH LITERACY RELEVANCE
Anatomical structures in each layer are pinned for identification and associated with each pin is additional concise relevant information including health literacy related notes.
Pocket Anatomy now includes full 3D male and female anatomy as well as detailed information on cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestion, reproductive, skeletal, urinary, endocrine and muscular systems. In addition to offering 360 Degree rotation of the body, there is also the option of accessing both Cranial and Plantar viewpoints.
Unlike alternative human anatomy software, our apps have been co-developed with practitioners, educators and students. We see our range of apps as ever evolving, and we invite you, our external team members, to share your feedback with us on how to improve the content, usability and design of our apps.
*NEW* 9 isolated systems (respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, circulatory, lymphatic, skin, skeletal, and nervous).
*NEW* Smoother and more intuitive navigation.
As always folks, we're 100% open to new ideas and suggestions for how we can continue to improve our Apps. Take the new update for a spin and let us know what you think by emailing us or leaving a review on the store.
