It allows the manager to be more informed about the employee performance, and more professional in review. It helps to make better people decisions.
You, as a manager choose all the Attributes, and then rate the staff against each of those attributes.
Use the easy slider system and your staff will be displayed in order of contribution. All the data will be stored on your iPhone until you want to adjust it, or use the information to make great personnel decisions.
Use the in-app-purcahase (which may be claimable on company expenses) to get Disciplinary, Review and General notes for you to record all these important items. The new reports function creates an individual report for each staff member. You can email it to a PC for printing, so that it can be added to other appraisal data.
