REALme® is a new solution that will revolutionise the commercial property market. This is the first mobile solution that combines geo-localisation and augmented reality in a technological platform, providing what will potentially be the most complete offering on the market.
REALme® has been designed to meet the needs of property agents, chief executives of large and medium sized businesses, property directors of major companies, as well as SME owners and small businesses looking for additional offices, retail, industrial or general business space.
REALme® will allow users to quickly perform a localised search that will identify those buildings available to rent or to buy in a specific area or street of their choice, all with just a few touches of the screen.
Furthermore, thanks to the application's implementation of augmented reality, a user can point their smartphone at the building of their choice and receive the contemporary version of a "To Let" board – namely an overlay providing all the relevant details of an offer superimposed on the live camera view on their screen. In addition to viewing the full building particulars immediately, the application will soon be adding virtual visit videos that can be accessed directly from the user's mobile phone.
