Avaya Mobile Activity Assistant allows mobile workers to send and receive actions and notifications. Actions are prioritized by urgency and importance and displayed so that they can be processed by the user in the right order. Actions include phone calls, text interactions and requests to conduct a business process. The Avaya Mobile Activity Assistant is compatible with the Avaya one-X® Mobile SIP client. Phone actions automatically launch the one-X® Mobile SIP client to make calls.
