To file a counter-notification with us, you must provide a written communication (by fax or regular mail or by email) that sets forth all of the items required by the DMCA. Please note that you will be liable for damages if you misrepresent that infringing content or an activity is not infringing. For Services that have account identifications and/or logins, AppShopper will, as warranted, terminate repeat infringers. If you believe that an account holder or subscriber is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact our DMCA agent and provide information so that we can verify that the account holder or subscriber is a repeat violator.
