Jawbone, the maker of premium Bluetooth headsets featuring advanced noise cancellation technology, provided a preview of its upcoming app at the All Things Digital: Dive Into Mobile conference this week. Thoughts is an app that will offer users a way to exchange voice messages without requiring a phone call to leave a voicemail message.

Touted as a hybrid between texting and voicemail, Thoughts is currently awaiting approval from Apple. The app will be free and will not require a Jawbone headset to use.
