Apple Updates iWork Apps for iOS 4.2
Apple has updated its iWork apps for the iPad – Pages, Keynote and Numbers – with new features for additional compatibility with iOS 4.2, which was released earlier today. All of the iWork apps are now able to make use the multi-tasking APIs in iOS 4.2 and all gain AirPrint compatibility to allow direct printing from the iPad to a compatible printer plus a number of additional language localizations and more.
Apple first released the iWork iPad apps in early April when the iPad became available in the U.S. The apps have since seen several updates, with the last major update adding MobileMe iDisk integration and other features in late September. The suite of productivity apps are regulars in the Top 200 Paid Productivity apps for the iPad.
