- Location-based weather support, automatically picks up your location and displays the weather
- Real-time wind direction using modern devices' built-in compass
- Retina-quality graphics; including iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, and the new iPad
- Location-based Satellite Images include: Visible, Infrared, Regional Visible, and Regional Infrared* (U.S. only)
- Extended local forecasts and hazards; view extended forecasts for tonight, tomorrow afternoon, tomorrow night, etc; Touch a forecast or hazard to view more infomation on it* (U.S. only)
- Realistic 3D Earth with live cloud coverage
- Dynamic based backgrounds and icons, with both day and night images
- Automatic detection of systems of measurement; if you live in the United States it will switch to U.S. Standard system of measurement (F°, MPH, etc), if you live in another country it will switch to the Metric system (C°, KM, etc).
- Unlimited Multiple Locations

- Wind direction now based off 16 point compass (was 8)
