Touch the Favorite button on any camera page to copy the traffic cameras that matter to you to your Favorites list for faster access. Switch quickly from Show All to Favorites mode. In Favorites Mode the Previous and Next buttons follow the Favorites list.
Houston Traffic Cam comes pre-loaded with 562 traffic cameras including IH-45, IH-10, IH-610, US-290, US-59, SH-225, SH-288, SH-146, SH-249, Beltway, Westpark Tollway, Spur 330 and other streets. Use the show / hide button to add or remove highways from the scrolling list.
Cameras are maintained by the Texas Department of Transportation. Individual cameras may be inoperative due to weather conditions or maintenance requirements.

On the USA App Store a reviewer has stated that the application does not work and the pictures are not live. These statements are both untrue. The pictures are supplied by the Texas Department of Transportation and are updated at approximately 2 minute intervals They are still images.
