• Switched to using mobile site for code entry to bypass survey prompt. Please re-review the app if this fixes your survey issue!
• When code is entered, will clear out code entry field and give confirmation.
• Added logout and fixed caching issue when switching accounts.
• Fixed problem showing code entry when login invalid.
