-查詢用量及QR代碼繳交賬單 (手機上台客戶)或剩餘用量及有效日期 (預付卡客戶)
-查詢IDD 及本地電話
-查詢CTM積分狀況


“CTM Buddy” is a personalized Service App that allows you to enquire your CTM mobile account status and
services at anytime, anywhere.

Key Features:
-Usage Checking with your phone at anytime.
-"My Bill Payment" for customer to settle the payment by using QR code (e.g.: CTM Shops, 7-Eleven stores)
-Manage Value-added Services and enquire the service access feature codes
-"Queue Ticket Services" for customer to check ticket status of CTM shops, draw ticket and view my ticket.
-Locate the CTM Wi-Fi Hotspot with Map
-Mobile Data Services management and Roaming Data Services Enquiry
-Enquire “no. 1 Club” hottest merchant list and the latest offers
-Access to CTM Bonus Points Scheme, enquire bonus point record,expiry date and gift items.
-Enquiry on IDD, Local Phone Numbers and Roaming Service detailed information
-Location of CTM shops

“CTM Buddy” is only applicable to iPhone users
The following designated items and information only apply to CTM customers who have activated
the application through “CTM Buddy”.
-Usage Checking and QR code bill payment (Postpaid customers) or remaining Usage and
expiry date (prepaid customers)
-IDD and Local Phone Number Enquiry
-CTM Bonus Points Checking
