Sue White is a journalist, former yoga teacher trainer and long-time yoga practitioner. Based in Sydney, Australia, Sue has spent the last decade exploring the yoga world for work and play.

As a regular contributor to Australian Yoga Journal and experienced travel writer, Sue has been published everywhere from CNN Traveller to the Sydney Morning Herald and the South China Morning Post. She can often be spotted practicing boat pose in Borneo; tackling tree pose off the coast of Tasmania; grooving at kirtan with Krishna Das in Hawaii; or learning from the best at studios like Exhale in Venice Beach or the Omega Institute in New York.
