Hawaii Envi

Based on "Michael Brein's Guide to Honolulu & Oahu by TheBus," Hawaii Envi helps you get to the Hawaiian islands' main points of interest easily and cheaply using its excellent bus system ("TheBus" on Oahu). From Diamond Head to Waikiki to the USS Arizona Memorial and Pearl Harbor, with Hawaii Envi you can:

- View basic information on over 60 top points of interest on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island, including "Must See" attractions (Kauai will be added in a future update)
- Find the nearest bus stops, and which lines to take
- See how to exit the bus and walk to the attraction
- See a photo so you know what to look for
- Note nearby points of interest
- View the attraction's location, as well as your own, in the Maps application
- Easily pull up the attraction's Web site in Safari for additional details
- View the official bus maps in multiple formats

All Hawaii Envi's core content is built into the application, so access is instant and you don't have to worry about getting on the Internet as you traverse the islands. The product is based on the acclaimed iEnvision Web-image browser, so everything is full-screen, clear, organized and multi-touch. And since it's also based on the Michael Brein travel guide series, it's the simplest way to get around the world's top travel locations.

Hawaii Envi is part of our series of iPhone-based travel guides to cities via subway and other forms of mass transit. London, Paris and Chicago Envi are also available, and many others are planned.
