aagCurrency

aagCurrency is a unique app that displays an At a Glance currency conversion chart for quick reference. Ideal if you are shopping, in a restaurant or any situation where you need to quickly convert from one currency to another.

Unlike currency calculators, with aagCurrency you can see the conversion without the need to type in numbers on a keypad. Simply preset the foreign and domestic currencies and view the chart whenever you need a quick reference. If you need to see more details between two values then simply click on a currency value and you are taken to a drill down screen for finer granularity. By scrolling the chart, values from the equivalent of 20c US all the way up to $30,000 can be viewed.

Features;
- Currencies are displayed with their symbols and so are easy to recognize.
- Swap button to switch between the two selected currencies.
- Selecting currencies is simple with options to select country names from picker wheels or perform a keyword search to quickly find a currency or you can enter its code directly. Recently selected currencies are also displayed and can be selected at the touch of a button.
- When the app loads it remembers your last currency pair and recently used currencies.
- Exchange rates are downloaded and updated every hour on our server. The app pulls down the latest rates when it is loaded and there is an update button to acquire the latest rates. Exchange rates are shown both foreign to domestic and domestic to foreign.
- Manually select an exchange rate. Useful when you want to use the actual rates you purchased a currency at or when you want to factor in a currency trader's commission.
- Use the app as a calculator by typing in any value in one currency to see the corresponding conversion in the other.
