RaceDataAX

RaceDataAX captures acceleration and location data and displays it in ways that help the user evaluate driver and vehicle performance during autocross events. RaceDataAX is not suitable for track events.

Use RaceDataAX to
• see where you need to improve your driving
• keep track of multiple drivers and cars
• evaluate the effectiveness of vehicle modifications
• look at animated course plots and friction circles
• overlay runs to compare performance
• compute power and traction limits

When finishing a run, do you ever wonder why that run was faster (or slower) than the previous run? RaceDataAX will show you why so you can concentrate on where to best improve your performance.

What's new

• Info screen now shows application version and has buttons for sending bugs and suggestions.
• Device calibration now happens with a single screen which takes the user sequentially through all six axes.
• Device orientation is chosen from a diagram instead of by choosing axis names from a list.
• Driver and Car can now be selected or reselected from the run summary view.
• GPS acquisition now starts when the app is run instead of when a run is started. This speeds run starts.
• Worked around an issue where some gps updates had incorrect time stamps.
