Great Range Finder Improvements:
- Can use finger to determine layup distance to green.
- Always display distance to green in the map header.
- Always display GPS accuracy indicator in the map header.
- Always display distance from the last marked ball location.
- Improved marker display.
- Show distance to the two fairway markers.
- If no markers downloaded then inform customer of GolfCardMGR.

Side Games:
- Allow side game scoring based on gross, net, or handicap differential.

Other Improvements:
- First time users see a message to let customers know how to use the score card screen.
- Renamed AppSafe to GolfCardMGR
- Fixed issue on score entry screen, where the last tee off club was not always correct.
