Jelly SMS Free lets you to send free* or low cost international SMS text messages from your iPhone or iPod Touch!

*Free texts for all 6 Irish operators including the big ones: O2 Ireland (250 FREE per month + delivery reports), Vodafone Ireland (600 FREE international SMS per month), Three Ireland (333 FREE per month), Meteor Ireland (300 FREE per month).

Features:

- Use your webtexts from your provider which otherwise would go to waste. Lower your monthly phone bill!

- Passcode protect the app to keep your messages private.

- iOS 4 Multi-tasking: Messages will be sent in the background if you exit the app immediately after pressing send. This means you no longer have to wait to close the app!

Note: background message sending is only supported on newer devices (iPhone 3GS, iPhone4, iPad, iPod Touch 3rd & 4th Gen) and only when you have iOS 4.0 or greater installed.

- Get the addon to Insert pictures into you text messages! Just tap on the new camera icon, select or take a photo, and Jelly SMS uploads your photo and a link is placed into the text. This link can be opened on any internet capable mobile phone.**
Note: this is not MMS. You will not be charged any extra for this. It's so easy!

- 'SMS My Location' feature which lets you send your current location by SMS.

- Set the default country code so you don't have to place it into each number manually each time.

- The remaining balance on your account is fetched after each send.

- No cellular connection required as Jelly SMS uses your data connection (Wifi/3G or GPRS)

- Get replies direct to your mobile. (note that it is not technically possible to receive the iPhone incoming SMS into this app due to developer limitations)

- Export messages by email as a backup record.

- You can upgrade within the app to get delivery reports **(only for My-Cool-SMS.com and O2 Ireland users)

- You can upgrade to the full version with the app to disable all adverts and also disable the URL message signature (basically giving you the FULL version of the app)

- Upgrade to also enable multiple profile support so you can switch and use as many accounts as you like!
