What's new

Added full biographies for President Clinton and President George W. Bush back (2 paragraphs of Bush's biography have been replaced with material from Wikipedia to provide a more balanced biography).

Added William J. Clinton Presidential Center as a "Place to See" for President Clinton.

Changed presidential images in artistic mode to use the same images as in utilitarian mode.

Changed app icon to use original one (the one without the green background).
