Chinese&Web Safe Color

This is an application that help you to reference well-used Chinese color and Web Safe color.

There are 125 Chinese traditional colors can be referenced. the color information includes RGB, HEX, CMYK, Munsell value.

If you want to reference more colors and use more functions, please buy C.E.W color dictionary which has been released.

For japanese colors, please buy J.E.W color dictionary.

Features:

1, List of Well-used colors: in the contents screen, the well-used colors in China are listed, touch the name of color, the detail information of the color(RGB, HSB, HEX Munsell value) will be displayed.

2, Bookmark: In the detail information screen, the color can added to bookmark by touch (+) button, you can add max 100 colors into bookmark.

3, Background setting: All the color sample can be set as background color only by touching it. you touch it again to unset it. the Web safe color is also can be set as background color.

4, Searching: In the search screen, the color can be searched by inputting hanzi, english word, pingyin, munsell value.

Supported language: Japanese, Chinese, English

The Japanese and English is only user interface supported, because there are no exact word for all kinds of Chinese traditional colors. We plan to localize the color database if necessary in future.

Notice:

1, The color showing on the screen maybe be changed on different device because the hardware is different.

2, The application can not assure you that the color showing on the screen is based on the RGB value honestly, because of the hardware factor.

3, For the well-known reason that there are not exact English word for corresponding Chinese traditional color, this application is localized only for the words in contents, the left part only CHINESE is available.
