Here you will find everything you need to know, from video descriptions of vehicle features to important tips in the event of a breakdown, right up to a practical keyword search. The contents are available both on and offline.Under the "News" section, you will find current information about Guides, such as new model series and updates.

Breakdown assistance
Here you will find information on troubleshooting. From the equipment contained in the TIREFIT kit, right up to how to change a defective bulb. What's more, the Mercedes-Benz Service Hotline is available at the push of a button.

Quick starts
Get a brief overview of how to use your vehicle. The most important controls, functions and support information are summarised for you here.

Visual search
Discover the desired information by selecting the corresponding hotspots from the 360° image of the vehicle and its interior.

Owner's Manuals
In the "Owner's Manual" section, you can obtain detailed information on your vehicle, COMAND Online or the Audio 20 system, as well as Bluetooth connectivity for mobile phones. The indexed keyword search takes you quickly to the information you need.
