ShareView is a presentation app that provides important presentation functions that increase productivity and efficiency for corporate and large group meetings.

1. Create Conference Room
- Any person can input a unique four-digit room number to create a new conference room to invite attendees for presentations
- Attendees can enter conference rooms by simply inputting the four-digit number on their iPad

2. Document import
- can import documents to be presented at the conference by following ways
- Wi-Fi Sync, Dropbox

3. Presenter functions
- Use of a variety of tools to emphasize specific points during the presentation right on the document being shared
- Ability to type notes pertaining to specific portions of a shared document
- Laser Pointer function to further emphasize and draw attention to specific points

4. Attendee functions
- can see the same page with the presenter
- can see the record of the presenter in real time
- can see the part of the presenter emphasized that
- can become a presenter and proceed the presentation

5. Sharing
- document is automatically downloaded to each device, all of the participants
- all records of the participants are automatically saved in each device
- can review the records of the participants after the presentation
