MyLeave
Employed Australians are entitled to three types of leave: annual leave, personal leave and long service leave. MyLeave makes calculating your entitlements fun and easy.
Instead of using a calculator, a spreadsheet, or going through numerous web sites, everything you need is in one handy place. This makes it easy to monitor how much leave you are owed, or on what future date you can take holidays!
Under the National Employment Scheme, Australians are entitled to a minimum of 152 hours (20 days) annual leave and 76 hours (10 days) personal leave. If your employment contract or award provides for additional leave - you cannot use this App - so please avoid disappointment and don't download it.
Long Service Leave is provided by individual State and Territory laws. Generally Long Service Leave is based on an allowance of 13 weeks for 15 years continuous service with the entitlement to physically take leave varying between 7 years to 15 years depending on which State or Territory applies.
This App is also useful for employers or pay officers who need a quick, easy and attractive way to show Employees their entitlements.
The icon with the paper plane is my attempt at whimsy! I'd love it to be a real plane and go somewhere but until I can get some annual leave, a paper plane is all there is :)
