o Five color-coded customizable tags to categorize your calendars and task lists. View all entries at once or filter by category.
o Integrated Task list on Month and Day calendar views helps you see the big picture of your day.
o Tasks are conveniently sorted by due date or categorized as ongoing.
o Badge counter on Movers & Shakers icon displays the number of tasks outstanding today.
o Appointments are color coded by category and blocked out as busy time.
o E-Mail Tasks and Appointments directly to contacts in your phone.
o Appointment screen set ongoing or repeating appointments.
o Set default calendar views to Month for a quick overview of your schedule or to Day view to see the details of your day.
o Customizable alerts remind you of appointments and tasks – choose from 3 alarm sounds and/or one pop-up; push server functionality provides out-of-app alarms and pop-ups, so you never forget an appointment or task.
o Shake-toggle interface that easily switches the calendar from Month to Day view.
o Shake the phone from the home screen to quickly view your calendar.
o Easy swipe or tap to change between days and months.
o Double-tap feature on calendar icon from any screen returns user to current date.
o In-app navigation includes easy touch screen icons to main menu, calendar, tasks, settings, help. Add new appointments and tasks by tapping the Plus(+) sign.
o Settings screen customizes daily start time (12 or 24 hour settings) – choose Month or Day view as default, set default alarm preferences, color code calendars and tasks.
o Convenient Help screen links directly to FAQs or shop Day-Timer products.
