4. Use your iPhone and iTouch to direct calls to your home or work or SIP phone via Wifi (in case you do not have network coverage).
b. Business Version:
i. Get real time access to enterprise CRM contact data (Oracle CRM OnDemand) for one-click outbound calling / conferencing.
1. CRM Contact data, CRM User data, CRM User Group data, CRM Account Teams & CRM Account Contacts.
ii. Use your iPhone to login to your Enterprise Contact Center (Oracle COD/CCA) and
1. Make Outbound calls via the contact center and
