iTextEdit is a simple text editor utility for iPad and iPhone.

iTextEdit can:
- Create new files
- Create new directories
- Edit files locally
- Preview HTML files in the embedded browser
- Store your files in iCloud
- Print documents and previews using AirPrint
- Upload and download files via FTP (iPad only*)
- Download files from the Internet over HTTP (iPad only*)
- Email files
- Transfer files between your iPad and iCloud for use on other iOS devices

* FTP functionality is currently only available on iPad
