As a property manager completing inspections is a vital part of the job, but instead of being seen as a time consuming process, Inspection Manager is transforming Inspections into a streamlined and productive business function.

Inspection Manager is simple to use. Sign up via our team (or on our website), and gain access to the web based CMS to manage all your properties & inspections. Log into the App on your iPhone or iPad and complete your inspection. Sync it back to the Web based CMS, generate the report as a PDF with the click of a button, and you’re done.

If you use REST Professional as your trust accounting system, we’ve established an exclusive integration relationship with them, so Inspection Manager is the only digital inspection system to integrate with REST Professional (minimum V10.5 required) and allow your properties to be automatically created and updated in our CMS as part of a nightly automated synchronisation. This nightly sequence will also create upcoming routine inspections, and ensure all data is up to date.

Agencies are using Inspection Manager as a selling tool too – encouraging new additions to their portfolio by showing prospective new landlords the quality and layout of their resulting reports. Landlords love the reports and how quickly they get turned around (no more waiting for someone to type it up and format it properly).

How it Works:

> Properties are broken up into Areas (Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen etc), and Items (Walls, Carpets/Floors, Vanity, Sink, Shower, etc) and both Areas and Items can be customised per property.

> Conditions are marked off with the tap of a button, and are customised to your state or territories legislated codes.

> Add comments with a tap – use predefined phrases and predictive text to quickly add comments regarding the items.

> Take photos from within the inspection on the app, tap to add comments and move the marker around to point out issues.

> Retrieve the data from your previous inspections on the property to compare against current state, and re-use if there are no changes

> Import your properties from any trust accounting software, to have the full list of properties available to you. Alternatively, if you use REST Professional (v10.5 or higher), contact our team and we can set up automated synchronisation. Your Inspection Manager CMS will pull data down from your REST Professional database daily to keep all properties, landlords, tenants and scheduled routine inspections up to date, meaning you don’t have to double enter any data.

> Covers all types of Property Condition Reports (PCR’s) including ingoing/entry, outgoing/exit and routine/periodic inspections and complies with regulations no matter which State or Territory of Australia or New Zealand you are in.

What's new

Update 1.32 Has a number of New Features available;

Photo Limit Increase – Users can now save up to 400 photos per report!

Rewrite of Data Storage - A complete rewrite of the data storage process within the App has been undertaken to remove the bugs that were causing data loss for some customers devices.

User Diagnostics Mode - Error Reporting Options have been built in to allow users to send information to our support team if required for assistance, without having to plug your device into the computer.

SYNC Screen Improvements - We've made a change on the SYNC Screen to make it easier to see where your report is up to. We've also made some changes to improve the SYNC speed as well, so you should see a much faster synchronisation of your data.

Useability Modifications - We've made a number of overall useability improvements based on customer feedback and testing, so you will notice some little changes throughout the App that will make it easier to complete some of the everyday tasks.
