The app allows for New Home Builders & Condo Developers to log, track and rectify outstanding warranty issues at various pre-delivery and post-delivery inspections. Inspectors can mark the issue, take a picture using either of the iPad 2's two cameras, and assign a trade to fix the issue.

Note: The app is designed to work with your existing 247SalesCenter Database. A 247SalesCenter user with the proper credentials is required to login into the app. Once logged in the user will have access to their appropriate projects and can commence their PDI or Post inspections. The Inspections are stored locally on the iPad and then synced back to the 247SalesCenter where the rest of the team can access and manage the inspections including running reports.
