GPS Notes uses the power of your iPhone's GPS to keep track of where you were when you took the note.
When you open the application, you can have GPS Notes immediately show you a list of notes that were taken in close proximity to where you currently are (you can choose the proximity distance - i.e. within 1 mile or 2 miles etc) or you can have GPS Notes automatically open the note closest to you for even quicker viewing.
GPS Notes also allows you to view the location of your notes on a map.
And you always have access to see all of your notes in the "All Notes" view and can even choose to use the application with the GPS turned off.

1. Easily create and edit notes that have the location stored with the note.
2. Easily create, name, and edit locations that can be assigned to new or existing notes.
3. View the location of a stored note on a map.
4. Filter notes for the "Close Notes" view to show only notes within a certain distance of where you currently are.
5. Choose the distance for the filter (i.e. notes within 1 mile or 2 miles or 10 miles etc).
6. Choose if the application should open to the "Close Notes" filter view or to an "All Notes" view or to the "Closest Note To You" view.
What's new
New features in this version are:
--The ability to store locations now instead of just notes. You can easily store the current location and you can also create/store locations for places that you have never been to.
--The ability to name locations and they will show up in the Close Notes and All Notes lists next to the notes.
--The ability to create location notes for locations that you are not currently at (You use to have to be at the location to create a note for it).
