With CalAlarm you can create, edit, reschedule and delete appointments really fast. CalAlarm also adds a notification with a sound of your choice to all existing calendar alerts.

You can quickly set multiple alerts per event. Snooze overdue alerts instantly. And set an alarm for Birthdays. The Repeat reminds you every minute until you acknowledge the alarm.

CalAlarm includes 25 sounds. With iOS 5 you can also use the Music on your device and import Ringtones from iTunes.
