Belfast City Council
My Belfast enables you to capture the details of an issue or incident and report them to Belfast City Council.
For example, you can report an issue like a missed bin collection or dog fouling, by capturing the details and automatically submitting them to My Belfast.
We are currently transforming the way we deliver customer services. This is one way our residents can communicate with us more effectively and conveniently.
How do you submit a report
To submit a report
•Select the category of the report, for example dog fouling;
•Complete the questions;
•If you can, capture evidence like a photo or video;
•Enter the location;
•Press the submit button.
How does it work
Your report is sent to the council. Once they have completed the work to resolve the issue, you will receive an email showing details of the report.

Receive notifications either by push notification or email.
