Mars Envi

A trip to Mars, in your pocket! Mars Envi brings thousands of Web-based images of the Red Planet to your iPhone. It's the best way to review decades worth of Mars missions, and to check out the latest happenings there.

From the early Mariner and Viking probes, through the Pathfinder, Opportunity and Spirit rovers, through Phoenix, Mars Envi displays Web-based photos, from NASA and others, the way you would expect on the iPhone: full screen, with multi-touch controls, in automated slide shows or scrolling thumbnail arrays. Maps, Hubble photographs, future mission plans, and more. It's the next best thing to actually catching a rocket there!
